The Shady Oak Center for Equine Therapy is owned and operated by Equine Justice, Inc., a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and is nestled on seven pristine acres in Fallbrook, California, just minutes north of downtown San Diego. Situated in a green river valley fed by a year-round stream, the location instills a sense of serenity and well-being. You'll want to pull up a chair and while away the moments of the passing day, in the company of beautiful and gentle horses.

Equine Justice, Inc.is a horse rescue and educational organization that is dedicated to saving horses and expanding awareness of the incredible contribution horses have made to human civilization, and the vast, untapped source of healing energy that horses possess. The Shady Oak Center for Equine Therapy then brings those rescued horses together with people who need a special space in which to mend their emotional wounds. And, in that coming together, a very special place is created that is just between that person and the horse, It is a place of healing.
